These photos are of the BB/Gas class final against the Mallicoat
Bros. at the 1963 Nationals. Jack won.
3 photos from the 64 Nationals. Looks like Jack is racing the
Malicoats again. This could be the final as I think he beat them in
the final in 64 also. No trophy run stickers on the Windshields
though.

Who can you ID. I'm afraid I don't recognize too many

I knew someone would come through.
Thanks to Al Clark for the following:
In the Merkel pictures there are a few I know. Front left is
Eddie Sanzo ( he drove 41 Willys A/GS that was wrecked at this
meet while racing Ohio George, Center with clear lenses is Jack
Merkel, just to the right of Merkel's chin is Joe Black (he drove
A/G Willys with 426 Hemi) Standing over Joe's left shoulder is
Doug Clark (crew member with Joe's Willys.) Doug Clark was my
brother, passed away last year. Hope it helps.

2 photos of the 39 coupe. The top one is one of the first times
out with the car. It didn't even have the Halibrands on the
front.
Various photos from magazine shoot for Popular Hot Rodding.
Jack's last AA/GS car. In my opinion, this is arguably one
of the best looking 33 Willys ever...and it was a strong runner too.
This car is currently undergoing a full restoration.
