This 1956 Ford Big Back Window Pickup is an Authorized Recreation of Gasser King K.S. Pittman’s Tow Vehicle that he used to tow his famous Supercharged Gassers all around the country, when he logged over 1,000,000 miles on it before it was stolen in California many years ago.

The all steel, truck was painted in 1964 Mustang Poppy Red base coat/clear coat, the same color as the original and all of his Gassers that ran out of the Famed S & S Speed Shop in Falls Church, VA. A Black Rolled & Pleated interior was installed along with new carpet, Headliner and Door Panels, then a Custom made Naugahyde Tarp was installed to cover the truck bed, a very Rare Original 1954 Crestliner Steering Wheel was used to handle the steering and a Vintage 60’s Era B&M Shifter installed to control the rebuilt GM 700R-4 Automatic Transmission. Inside the detailed Engine Compartment resides a completely detailed, Rebuilt and Balanced Oldsmobile 455 Engine.
