41 Wild Willys EXTERIOR- Flawless fiberglass body by Antique and Collectible Autos Inc. in Buffalo, New York. This company is well known for manufacturing the strongest, most durable and seamless bodies on the market. Silver Metallic base/clear finish has been massaged to a "Best of Show" quality, with original "Wild Willy" lettering. One piece flip front end. Deep tinted windows- glass in the front and back, Lexan on the sides- give this rod a mysterious, unearthly look at the starting line that is a throwback to the old days-you can't see the driver. Old school Gasser weighted rear bumper. Slot wheels that have been polished to perfection. 165R15 Skinnies on the front. Goodyear Eagle 31x14x15 slicks on the rear. Featured at both Milwaukee and Chicago World of Wheels this year- with the awards to prove it. INTERIOR- Full racing interior also finished to show quality. Dual racing bucket seats. Forged GM rods and crank. Ported and polished closed chamber heads with stainless valves. 12.5:1 domed pistons. Comp Cams roller valve train. Hillborn Fuel Injection. Motor runs on alcohol. Moroso high volume oil pump and seven quart oil pan. Highly polished Jet Coated headers. RCI motor blanket for safety. Electric water pump with radiator custom mounted below the trunk. With the current chip in the module, this car launches with a consistent, easily drivable 2 foot wheel stand. If you desire a more radical take off, removal of that chip will put the Willys on it's back bumper. Powerglide Racing transmission with 4600 RPM stall converter. 1.72 first gear, case hardened shafts, and oil cooler. Fab 9 Ford 9" rear end. 4.10 gears. Strange axles.
